South Hall CrossFit’s coaches prepare their charges for every kind of physical activity they might engage in. To ensure holistic fitness, they teach a system of functional-movement exercises, including pushing, lifting, pulling, and running. Those actions combined with strength and cardio training—as well as equipment such as weighted sleds and medicine balls—enhance speed, agility, and power. To avoid boring students and their muscles with repetitive exercises, the instructors also change the routines each session to execute truly challenging full-body workouts.
