During group training, instructors lead 10 to 15 students in challenging workouts named after popular movies. For example, the 9 a.m. Breakfast Club classes focus on muscle endurance with bodyweight exercises and weightlifting, whereas Gladiator classes consist of fast-paced boot-camp drills. Semi-private sessions admit up to five participants for personalized fitness routines. These sessions should be reserved in advance. With the third option, eight semi-private training sessions are held twice a week.
