About Yogamotif

Yogamotif brings color to yoga. During its signature Yoga Paint Party class, it invites participants to lay down a layer of swirling paint on a blank canvas. Yogamotif leads participants through gentle yoga movements, causing the body to smear the paint beneath the plastic layer to create a unique design reflecting each person's healing experience. Of course, it also teaches traditional yoga classes steeped in the breath-centered Hatha tradition. Each person leaves with an original yoga painting to take home.
