Clean and comfortable overall The location is a bit hard to get to but one there, the property was quite nice. The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hallway carpets seems kind of dirty but the room was very clean. The breakfast was OK with the exception of the waffles. the waffle batter was sour and the waffle machine didn't cook the waffles all the way through. Hopefully that problem won't recur.

Robbed The hotel ripped me off. Unhappy. They basically stole from me and my family. Booking.com blamed the hotel and the hotel blamed booking.com very unprofessional and unapologetic in their response.

One of the most wonderful motels I've stayed in My room was perfect my pillows were white and fluffy my bed was made properly I have no complaints at all they did a wonderful excellent job serving me and taking care of me I'm very very pleased The front desk even went as far out of their way as to bring me pots and pans so I could cook a meal for my family I was so very well please I couldn't believe in motel still would do that

Nightmare The front desk clerk Charles was beyond rude, he was hateful and abusive. He put me in a room (321) with the stench of human urine, it was so awful that you could not even breath the air. He was verbally abusive, not helpful and seemed to enjoy making me uncomfortable. I attempted to contact the hotel manager never received a phone call back, just don't stay there.
