Great hotel, staff and service This hotel was very clean and convenient to anything you need in Decatur. Unfortunately the children in our group became sick while we were there. They were so understanding when we explained the room would need extra attention when we left. They also offered to help us in any way they could to get items needed for the kids. I highly recommend this hotel.

Please Accommodate Guests with Allergies Like You Accomodate Guests with Dogs Due to a pet dander allergy, it is a challenge finding a room that hasn't recently accommodated a dog. Because we were on the road, we made our reservation directly with Hilton Honors and requested a pet-free room because of allergies. When we arrived, we still had to 'jump through hoops' to try to get a room that a pet had not recently occupied.

Exceptional customer service Came to Decatur to visit an ill family member and stayed here due to location and from the moment we checked in to checking out everyone was amazing and kind and helpful. The room was pristine the complementary breakfast had waffles and mini-waffles - yay! When you have personal things going on like sick family, the last thing you want to deal with is a bad hotel experience so this made us quite relieved. Choosing this hotel is a win.

Ok stay Average older Hampton, standard breakfast. My tip is that you may want to ask if they have pet free rooms or floors with fewer pets if you have sensitivities to pets (smell/allergies). Good long breakfast hours. Kind staff. Whitt’s and Big Bob Gibson BBQ near.

great stay it was a great stay because they were so nice to us from the front desk checking into the morning at breakfast and checking out . brianne she was so nice to us . because the room was nice and comfortable to the fresh coffee. we just liked well. we would stay again when passing down to gulf shores for sure
