Clean Room, Comfy Bed, Needs Updating Overall, I had a lovely experience at Hawthorn in Green Bay. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable as well! I enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub, and the breakfast was your basic waffles, toast, yogurt, etc. but was good and any interactions I had with the staff was pleasant. Excellent location and safe area, close by lots of Green Bay area attractions. Only downside about this hotel is that it's very dated and in much need of some updates. While the room had everything I needed, and in working order, some of the appliances were very old, and a lot of the room itself showed considerable signs of wear and age. An update/renovation to the rooms would make this a 5 out of 5 star stay for me.

Not recommended We checked out early, this hotel is in total disrepair. Noisy all night long and not very clean. The front desk staff were nice and we did not eat breakfast there so I can not speak about that.

Unimaginable and unsafe. Instant checkout. Recently visited the hotel and was super surprised by the rating. Was booked here due to a Delta lair lines delay. Needless to say the “ladies of the day” and gentleman doing drugs off of foil on the way to the room left us speechless. Then inside was a very dirty and dingy room. Took a few photos of dirt and bugs and stained couch and my spouse and girls and I left the room to check out. 5-10 min later the front desk clerk checked us out and charged Delta for the nights’ stay. Went to Aloft.

DO NOT STAY HERE Terrible experience. DO NOT STAY HERE. Place is falling apart. The exterior had so much peeling paint that should have been my first clue. When finally walking up the room the person in the room next door(pretty sure he was living there) was smoking right by our room entrance which made our room smell like smoke when we walked it. The room had exposed wires running from the TV in front of the electric fireplace. The fireplace had no protective glass over the front. I went to move the side table to put down my luggage and my hand came up brown and sticky. The men staying next door continued to chain smoke, and kept their door open at all times. Their loud TV with frequent swearing was disturbing to hear especially with my little kids trying to watch our own TV. We checked out after only staying 3 hrs. I wasn't going to wait around for the drinking and drugs to start

Avoid this property! Although the property looks nice as you drive in, the room was a very different situation. It reeked of stale cigarette smoke, the shower curtain smelled musty and foul and the toilet was so low you were nearly on the floor. To say it is outdated would be an understatement. We would never stay here again. Avoid this property.
