Pleasant Stay Great little hotel that provides quiet and comfortable stay. I travel into the area twice a month and always stay here. Those who work at this hotel are very friendly and professional! Eliani is one of my favorites! Conveniently located to food venues and sights.

Poorly managed Hampton - Beware Don’t do it. The hotel management hear is deceptive. Booked on Hilton.com and was given a rate that the hotel will not honor. Also, the breakfast bar was disgusting. Food on the floor, all over the counters, and ants were present. Worst Hilton experience we have ever had

Horrible room The room stink it smelled like a sweaty gym and pool at the same time, I had to clean out the ac filter both filters was disgusting full of dust and allergens my wife had bad allergies. The room was also dirty, also the tub did not drain fast very slow drain as we was all showing the tub filled up fast as well the sink filled up fast we had to turn the tub and sink on and off . The toilet paper looked like it was wet then Dried and then put on the toilet paper holder there was hair all around the bathroom. Fernando was a very very pleasant person I give him a 10.

Decent service, poor management I'm a long-time Hilton customer and a fan of the Hampton Inn chain, but I'd avoid this property. The elevators had been damaged by a student group the day before my family arrived for a family funeral. My group including several elderly guests with significant mobility issues, so the damaged elevators made it quite difficult for our family members to reach their fourth floor rooms. I don't blame the hotel for the damage, but I do hold them responsible for guest relations related to the damage. In this case, it was clear that the management of the hotel wasn't doing what they needed to do to address the problems caused by the elevator damage. There were no signs, no instructions to front desk staff, no attempt to find alternative rooms for affected guests, and certainly no compensation or offers of points. We were left to figure out what to do on our own. Do yourself a favor and find an alternative place to stay. There are other hotels in the area that are undoubtedly better run.

Hotel Was Good We stayed at this Hampton Inn for three nights. It was in a good location close to certain places we wanted to visit. Plenty of restaurants in the area and shops up the street. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also quiet. We could hear the people next door one night, but it wasn't loud. We slept well. My digital key didn't work when we arrived. The front desk attendant reset it, but still didn't work. The next morning a different front desk attendant reset it then it worked. We had arrived at 2:45pm but since the digital key wasn't available we drove around some more. At 4pm we decided we better go inside to see what the problem was so we could check in. Wish the digital key had worked on arrival. We did not try breakfast but the coffee was good. Overall we had a nice stay and check out was easy.
