Nichole was excellent in explaining the procedure, what to expect during the treatment, and gave after-care instructions. Results for the IPL will take a week or so, so I can't comment on results as of yet.

Professional, responsive, thorough, and arrived within the time window. The inside of my car wasn’t horrible to start, but it looks really clean and shiny now! So nice and easy to have it done while I work from home, too.
The ONLY reason I come back over & over to the JLube at Montview is because the people that work there are really, genuinely, kind and helpful. We've been coming in for years for maintenance, a few issues & getting answers to any & all questions we've had. (BTW, they can restore yellowed, opaque headlights!!!).
Great way to get a good discount on concession items. Although, like I've mentioned (and chatted with Groupon before), once I use the Groupon, it doesn't drop out of My Stuff, so I end up having to click into them over and over again. Very frustrating. Please fix this since there is nothing I can do on my end.
Gina was terrific!! I was so tight in the back . The massage was amazing. The scents added to the experience. My foot massage helped my headache. And who doesn’t like a great facial? There are not a lot of places that add cupping and when they do it is 4-5 not Gina. It was from my neck to the base of my spine!
