Was sad I couldn’t get a transmission fluid change and I’m not sure if it’s laziness or seriously stripped and un accessible… oops change was nice and fast. BUT went to Bellevue location asked about transmission fluid change and was recommended to go to Redmond location… came here for nothing because they don’t want to do it either…
EXCELLENT SERVICE. Chuck (the owner) explained everything in detail, before and after. Plus he made me aware of a couple of things I should monitor. Will certainly recommend this shop to anyone that is experiencing any mechanical problems with their vehicle.
