Fitness Classes in and near Boynton Beach, FL

I would definitely recommend... The trainer Chris was fantastic, Cat the instructor in west boca was amazing! it was a very fun, energetic full workout. We had a group of 4 with different exercise levels and we all did the class; will be back again to try the array of other classes offered. Thank you for creating a very welcoming first visit.

I Do a yoga routine at least three times a week with the Yoga collective since I can’t find any Yoga studios by me anymore. These yoga classes specially for your back actually helped me more than my chiropractor does. Also has so many other classes - aerobic and meditation you can do a different class every day. Highly recommend I’ve been using this app for years
