The staff was friendly and welcoming. We had a quick run through of the climbing areas, the equipment and how to safely get started. The information was direct and easy to understand. I felt safe and ready. We had a fabulous time!

I am very happy with the price and the quality of the videos. I look forward to being able to do more yoga at home to save time. I feel like the videos will give a great yoga experience linking breath to movement. I am not sure about the integration of yoga philosophy yet.
