Great experience! The therapist Jessica was very attentive and the package offers great value. I also tried the massage machine they used — it felt a little unusual at first, but by the end my back felt incredibly relaxed. I would come back again.
I've been to spas all over the world and would be remiss if I didn't say Penelope is a top notch spa and the only one I go to in Seattle or the state of Washington for that matter. They only use the best luxury skin and body products, their staff are professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to engage with. Their masseuses and estheticians are extremely talented and exceeded my expectations on every occassion. I was so incredibly satisfied with my spa experience here that I signed up for their spa membership and go there at least twice a month to be pampered by their highly skilled staff. I couldn't give a more glowing recommendation for this spa!
