Faye was an absolute joy!! Not only is she a true artist in her field, she is easy to talk to making the appointment go faster! She took her time and corrected some of the highlights I had done previously that did not turn out well and explained every step as she was processing my hair. I had a Groupon which she easily accepted! Overall pleasant experience!!

She was so nice and explained how everything works. She was very detailed and has a lot of experience in the industry. I made a second appointment with her and I cannot wait!
