Purchased an 90-min myofascial release massage. Ashley was AMAZING and very kind. Asked about my preferred focus areas beforehand. Identified and massaged additional trouble areas. She also made sure that I was comfortable and not in pain and answered all of my questions. At the end, she gave me helpful recommendations related to my muscle stiffness. Highly recommend!
