Other people talk the talk, I walked the walk. In the Marine Corps, I trained the elite daily. This is a program designed entirely how I see fitness and how YOU as the client need to train tied in with your goals, wants, and needs. As your Coach, I have one thing on my mind... to deliver results!
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
In the Marine Corps, as a Black Belt Martial Arts Instructor, and Combat Conditioning Specialist, I ran the Body Composition Program, so it was my job to train the elite, molding them into unstoppable war machines. Tapping into mental barriers and motivating people through adversity is a gift!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Being a driven individual is something that is in my blood. Always wanting to be the best from becoming a United States Marine to being recognized nationwide as a no nonsense, down to business, training system. The same driving force is put into you and your training!
What do you love most about your job?
Everything! The girl who lost her first 10 lbs and the smile on her face! The presence of military, law enforcement, firefighters, power lifters, and strongman here, males and females breaking personal records or the 70 year old with Parkinson's who trains with his wife daily! A dream come true!
