Everyone seems to have had a bad experience with a taxi company and we thought we could do better.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
A policeman asked me to drive someone home that was having a bad side affect from a medication he was taking. The man didn't know his name or where he lived. After a while, we found his ID and I took him to his address. He wife gave me the biggest hug after we got him inside. I'll never forget that.
