HEW is absolutely amazing! As a complete gym newbie, I quickly realized I needed a more structured approach instead of just going to my local Planet Fitness and guessing my way through random workouts. Once I started HEW every day brings a new, well-planned workout, and the coaches walk you through everything before you start. Huge shoutout to Ben, Alexis, Haleigh, and the rest of the staff, they’re not only knowledgeable but also incredibly welcoming. From day one, I felt supported and motivated, and I’ve met so many amazing people in this community. If you’re on the fence about joining HEW, don’t hesitate you won’t be disappointed. And bonus points for the playlist more than once, I caught myself wanting to dance between sets lol. 🎶💪
