I enjoyed the honesty about the procedure and the pain. I have a terrible pain tolerance and she was very straightforward. I also think the treatment was worth the result in skin texture.
Preeti was great communicator to set up our first appointment. She checked on me frequently during the far infrared sauna to ensure I was comfortable and to offer water to stay hydrated.
The therapy was relaxing as I was zipped like a cocoon into a heated sleeping bag-type device with my head left exposed. The inside was lined with a new plastic film for hygiene. I found myself dozing to sleep a few times to soothing music.
After the treatment, I was very sweaty. Preeti provided towels to dry off. Preeti also followed up to ensure I got home safely. Now several hours later I feel terrific with less soreness in one of my shoulders and I feel refreshed.
