Great space, trainers are qualified! I have a past neck injury and they keep a close eye on me for form to prevent injury. I can feel a huge difference in my posture,etc
I Do a yoga routine at least three times a week with the Yoga collective since I can’t find any Yoga studios by me anymore. These yoga classes specially for your back actually helped me more than my chiropractor does. Also has so many other classes - aerobic and meditation you can do a different class every day. Highly recommend I’ve been using this app for years
