Zoe was caring and warm while still being very professional, and made my face feel & look better! Her space is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Note that she's in a solo space, so you won't have the big salon experience, but that was fine for me.

Overall a very pleasant and relaxing experience featuring head, neck, shoulder and arm massages, with various hair and scalp treatments, although there was one part where the practitioner covered my eyes and left me for maybe 10-15 minutes with a loud gurgling or draining noise directly under my head. She didn't explain what was happening so I still have no idea why it was part of the service.
