The up beat music and dynamic fusion style moves make for a fun and energetic class! What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Back in 2012 I was a mom with no plans to EVER get fit or healthy, But something sparked inside me and I decided to make a CHANGE! Having lost 40 lbs in 5 months time through a new passion for exercise and healthy eating, I went from couch potato to Fitness instructor! What do you love most about your job? I ABSOLUTELY love sharing this passion with others! Showing others that it IS possible to get healthy even when it so darn hard to get started is really something set out to do!
