We are a gym that is not just dedicated to training our clients but also teaching our clients how to live healthy lifestyles. We encourage moderate exercise in such a way that will not cause long-term damage to joints, nerves, or tendons, as well as incorporating the nutrition that our bodies lack.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our trainers are always upbeat and lively, and it seems to rub off. Take our different configurations of exercises, giving your body the proper nutrition it needs, fitness challenges giving away cash prizes on a regular basis, plus a kick-in-the-pants pep talk now that spells motivation!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The pure lack of quality places to work out! There seemed to be too many gyms not doing enough or just not caring. They were doing only the basics of what made them more money and not giving the client what was truly needed for continued success.

Helping people reach their goals and eventually their full potential by continuing with their change of lifestyle of maintaining new habits in their fitness-and-nutrition regimen in order to live life in a healthy way.
