At locations throughout the world, 2B Fit Body Bootcamp's instructors share a common mission: to guide clients toward their fitness and weight-loss goals through regimented training programs. Trainers lead group workouts that integrate cardio with resistance training, strength training. They design the workouts to be time efficient and varied, avoiding workout plateaus that may leave clients uninspired. In addition to motivating clients to work their bodies, trainers also empower them with healthy eating guidelines.
For the past three years, Eileen Do has been teaching Zumba. Unlike traditional exercises, Zumba aims for a dance-party workout instead of boring repetitions and semi-truck lifting. Eileen guides her students through Latin-inspired moves while upbeat music from around the world blasts from her stereo. She also teaches Zumba Toning, which pairs hip-shaking salsa and samba steps with maraca-shaped hand weights to sculpt arms, abs, and legs.

Bellyfit blends your strength, spirit, and femininity. It's a challenging workout that encourages developing a positive body attitude. It's more than "just another aerobics class", it is a class grounded in multiple dance traditions and movement practices.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Several levels of difficulty and modifications are modeled allow for a positive experience. Lots of encouragement and motivation.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have been involved in the belly dance community for over 10 years, dancing professionally for 7 of those. I love teaching movement to other women. I believe that movement is a key to health and well-being, regardless of age, body type, or fitness level.
What do you love most about your job?
I love educating women about a new way of interacting with their own bodies. to develop compassion, patience, and trust that their body is worth loving right now!
Registered nurse Heidi Gemini first got into fitness as a cheerleader in high school. A few years later, upon receiving her nursing degree, she relocated to France and joined a folk-dancing troupe. Today, she uses her eclectic health and fitness background to lead students of all experience levels through Zumba classes. She can also supplement her instruction with nutritional guidance and reminders about which foot to put in first when doing the hokey pokey. Her classes take place three times a week in various locations, including Seasons Dance Studio, Arrillaga Family Recreational Center, and the Onetta Harris Community Center.
