CC is great and very flexible. She motivates and pushes you to get the results you want. She also uses a lot of things in your home to help you work out with even if you don’t have equipment and trust me, you will feel the burn. I would recommend working with her!
I love GHU! Chris and her team are incredible. The classes are challenging and you can take a quick class if you dont have time for an hour and feel like you worked out!
The people are friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. My first time doing Pilates Barre and it was a fast paced intensive one hour class. I know that the impact will be very evident in a short time. I've been weight lifting for a while but that doesn't offer you this level of intensity and doesn't provide the flexibility that this kind of class affords. It's not easy, but that's why it works. I highly recommend it, the staff are kind and professional and the trainer was excellent!
I have done the 28 day personal training and I can say without a doubt they will push you and motivate you to keep going. If you need a push to start working out I highly recommended this plan. You won't regret it!
