Very easy, straightforward process to renting your bike. The bike was well taken care of and rode very smoothly. Staff were also friendly and efficient. It was so much fun riding through Central Park!
If you plan on purchasing a spartan Groupon voucher. Make a list of items you will need like sunblock. Even though I was mostly under shade I did get a sunburn.
