Great experience overall the only flaw was the receptionist she was very rude other than that I truly enjoyed my massage the masseuse was very professional and I left feeling refreshed

I had an amazing natural product pedicure at the Hyatt Lodge in Oakbrook! The technician was friendly and easy to talk to, she made sure the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet. Great place to unwind and the pool area was clean and quiet.

Sandra was great- very consultative and friendly. Helped set expectations about an IPL facial to ensure you felt comfortable every step of the way. It was quick and efficient and I trust the end result will be great!
