We have 2 certified personal trainers who are very dedicated to providing the best individualized programs to fit the needs of each client. All training clients get a lifetime online health and fitness tracking as well as small class sizes for more personable attention to proper form during exercise
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Camlin, of our trainers, lost both of her parents in 2014 to health issues that could have been prevented through healthier lifestyle, health, and fitness choices. Now we want to help prevent the same thing from happening to as many people as we can.
What do you love most about your job?
We love teaching people how to achieve their health and fitness goals by starting off showing them the basics. We enjoy making our clients happy and feel more confident in achieving goals that seemed impossible are too difficult.
