This was my first session back in hot yoga for years. I cannot recommend the vinyasa flow enough! Strength, balance & flexibility were all put to the test. Thank you elev8 for giving me space to heal and improve ❤️
I Do a yoga routine at least three times a week with the Yoga collective since I can’t find any Yoga studios by me anymore. These yoga classes specially for your back actually helped me more than my chiropractor does. Also has so many other classes - aerobic and meditation you can do a different class every day. Highly recommend I’ve been using this app for years
