It has been a while since I practiced yoga, three kids and a knee and MCL injury to be exact, so I was very timid and scared to try again after my PT gave me the green light. But the very nice woman at the front desk was so helpful and sweet and made me feel very welcomed. The yoga instructor was amazing and very helpful and gentle even through everyone seemed like they were regulars. I didn’t feel like it was only for super experts but maybe next time for my own sake I’ll take it a little easier. The whole studio was beautiful peaceful decorated and was exactly what I needed to find some time for myself.
