Staff was excellent. Live in Dublin, went to SC to visit granddaughter who attends UCSC. Her car needed oil change, used Groupon app. Contacted Loyd’s spoke with service manager. Had an issue which he dealt with in a professional manner. Would return to Loyd’s and have instructed grand daughter to pass the good word on campus.
