the laser felt like sprinkling hot water and small rubber bands on the skin. there’s no numbing but the treatment is not very painful. i like how my nurse alice took time to focus the laser of my acne scar spots and talked through each step. the lady at front desk was also nice and knowledgeable about discounts and deals. deff coming back
