The gym is great, it has everything needed to progress in one’s fitness journey, and not too crowded. The trainer I had (Derek) is amazing, he really took time to explain everything and was customizing exercises to my level and goals. He was very attentive and I became more motivated. I definitely recommend!
Brii was very friendly and excellent with communication/clarification on any concerns I had as a first time experience. I am Looking forward to future sessions!
