Four 30 Minute Virtual Wellness and Fitness Sessions
I've had one of my session with a trainer using Flexit, and it was a very good experience. This is a convenient platform with well qualified trainers. I wanted to give it a try to see how it worked, and it's a great option for fitness training.
Fun and energetic instructor! Dance moves combined with workout moves. Will def continue going. Note: Belt Line address relocated to Inwood/Galleria location.
I love GHU! Chris and her team are incredible. The classes are challenging and you can take a quick class if you dont have time for an hour and feel like you worked out!
