I had the best experience at Needles of Oz! From start to finish, everything was professional, comfortable, and welcoming. I am absolutely in love with my brows, they turned out even better than I imagined. The attention to detail and care throughout the process really shows. I absolutely love the confidence boost that having lash extensions has given me. I don't even have to wear mascara, and I still feel great. She is awesome and does such an amazing job! Thank you so much for making me look and feel so pretty!
Staff was friendly, however, being that I wad a first time customer, i feel that they could've given me more of an introduction to the other services that are available at no additional cost. ie: oxygen bar & message chairs. Their space for before and after preperation is not private. I felt uncomfortable drying my hair and putting my makeup on because I didn't want to disturb the other customers. The float experience itself was nice and relaxing as expected. However, I probably will only do it again as a special treat to myself.
