Anjile Cleaning Services LLC, Mesa

I have scheduled this cleaning twice, and twice they have not showed up, nor have they called to say so. I have had to call and hunt them down, and still my house is not clean. The groupon has since expired and now i'm wondering if i am out the money all together. I'm extremely unhappy with this business (my sister had the same issue when she used her groupon - they were over 2 hours late and didn't call her until she called to complain and find out where they were). I find this completely unprofessional and unsure how to proceed

They should not be allowed to use groupon. They have horrible customer service and it took me 8 months to get an appointment. I was then stood up with no phone call and the guy told me the cleaners didn't have service in an email it then took 2 weeks to reschedule for a month out. The cleaners finally showed up but did a pretty crappy job. They didn't even vacuum the stairs. They were supposed to do a window cleaning which advertises outdoor and in but barely even did the indoor side of mine. Usually I would request the cleaners to come back but they don't speak English so it was impossible to communicate concerns with them and the guy "John" running the show is a jerk.

they broke a glass table while they were cleaning & told me they would replace it within a few days. This didn't happen. It took 4 weeks and countless calls. This is not how you run a company.

The groupon I purchased was for 2 cleaners for 2 hours of cleaning and when they came to my friends house to clean she was told because she was using a groupon and getting a discount they would only be cleaning an hour. I have contacted them and they are working on righting the situation but I will not recommend them to anyone and don't plan to ever use them again.
