We give out a class booklet that includes shopping lists and healthy kitchen stocking tips. Folks walk away knowing they can recreate demonstrated dishes and improvise for delicious results.
When and how did you first develop a passion for your work?
I took a vegetarian cooking class with my little brother and it helped me to get cooking. Watching the Chef make the dishes and being able to taste a variety of ingredients I wasn't familiar with helped me to connect with the cookbooks I had at home.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
My classes are practical and make sure the cooking process is accessible to the home chef. This is about cooking that fits the lifestyle of everyday people. You don't have to be vegan to enjoy more vegetables daily.
