The staff was very friendly and helpful in understanding how to book sessions. The instructors were all so great in getting you set up for class.

The Instructor was nice and she broke everything down so that you could understand the staff was nice they even made me a happy birthday sign will be back I have 2 more classes I had fun doing aerial yoga and still have rings and pole to try
