My first session was great. I arrived right on my (late for me) but they made me feel very welcomed and the workout was awesome.

My first real hot yoga experience and I loved it.. it’s work… but it’s great work and the teacher’s are amazing. Great energy all around 🥳🥳

They're amazing here. 7 and under class has structure and discipline while keeping their attention and reinforcing good school work with reporting.

Its a great deal,freedom to choose length and focus of every class accessed from your phone, iPad, or computer. Recommend!
