The cuisine craftsmen at Jaipur Brew House have constructed a menu of fresh Indian fare, along with a mélange of beers brewed on-site. The Jaipur spinach dip made from fresh spinach and baked with paneer, cream cheese, and Indian seasoning ($7.95) inflates sailors’ muscles with more vigor than swallowing a WWF wrestler. Battle grumbling bellies with the tandoori chicken ($19.95), cooked at sweltering temperatures in a clay tandoor oven, and acquaint your tongue buds with the signature jalapeño ale, a homemade beer made from fresh jalapeño peppers. The kadai boneless tuna or jumbo shrimp sautéed with onions, garlic, and jalapeño peppers ($17.95) will sate seafood cravings. Bring out a bashful dish's Burton Gilliam impression with the multitudinous libations available, such as wine, liquor, or raspberry-wheat homebrew, a lightly carbonated beer with crisp and fruity flavors.

About Jaipur Brew House
The Jaipur’s kitchen originally opened its doors back in 1992, and since then it’s finely tuned a vast menu of Northern Indian cuisine. To boot, since 1999, it’s also presented a selection of American fusion dishes. In the deep-purple dining room, rendered beautiful by sprawling murals, the staff serves the chef’s specials. This specialty selection of fusion plates includes indian crab cakes in a yogurt and sour-cream sauce, as well as grilled lamb sirloin cooked with a flavorful spice rub and served with roasted-tomato chutney. The in-house brewery crafts a variety of beers to complement the cuisine, including jalapeño ale, an IPA, and a nut-brown ale. Additionally, The Jaipur offers 23 wines by the glass and more than 180 wines by the bottle, enough bottles of wine to make the Sahara a fruity swimming pool.
