The quality of the instructors is matched by the fleet of Keiser M3 bikes, each equipped to track cycling stats including revolutions per minute, distance, heart rate, and amount of baseball cards needed to make an authentic motorcycle noise. The place has a great vibe. Bikes are well maintained. Instructors all good so far and a great workout.
