Kelly is a personal trainer who personally lost 85 pounds post-pregnancy and aspires to help other women achieve their dream bodies.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I provide motivational cues to keep them moving at an appropriate pace and using proper form with their exercises. I encourage clients to stay focused on their goals by going above and beyond. I am a friend and a coach to my customers.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have a passion for healthy living and after losing 85 pounds on my own, I dreamed of inspiring other women to try the nutrition plan I follow and have amazing results.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to create workout programs that incorporate fun athletic drills.

Kelly Irish fully understands the struggles that accompany long-term weight loss. After gaining 50 pounds during her pregnancy, the lifelong athlete decided to commit to a full-body transformation by drastically altering her diet and beginning a personal-training regimen. In the end, she lost a total of 85 pounds and discovered a newfound passion for healthy living.
