Movement Fantasque

Movement Fantasque teaches attendees how to use the natural grace of the human body to rejuvenate the mind and body. Led by owner Louise La Fosse, the winner of two gold medals in the Tai Chi Senior Division at the 4th Annual 'Golden Gate" Chinese Martial Arts Championship, and instructors with formal training in yoga, martial arts, tai chi, and dance, the studio’s classes emphasize precision above all else, providing students with outlets for creative expression that also manage to bolster physical fitness. Small classes allow the teachers to more easily provide individualized feedback and guidance for students of all skill and fitness levels.
