The schedule boasts a variety of classes that fall into four categories: dance, yoga, boot camp, and cycling. The expert instructors keep classes engaging with Powerumba dance fitness, body-sculpting boot camp, and power yoga.


From a raised platform, an energetic dancer calls out moves as he shimmies and shakes in time to the music that blares from surround-sound stereos. Lights strobe and flicker across the large studio, and guests follow along to the instructor’s dance moves—welcome to Powerumba dance fitness. In addition to Powerumba, the instructors also lead a variety of other classes including kickboxing, Pilates, boot camps, boxing, cycling, yoga, barre, Bollywood, body sculpting, and high-intensity interval training.
