Sara and Audra at Movement Center Pewaukee

Sara Luke’s life changed the day she discovered she could fly. Perched on top of a fellow yogi’s feet, she was able to feel a weightless freedom she had never experienced in her years of yoga practice. This was acroyoga, a combination of yoga and acrobatics, and Sara was hooked. Since then, she has found joy teaching yoga and barre classes along with partner Audra Wick and the rest of the expert staff at Movement Center Pewaukee. Like Sara, Audra also developed an interest in yoga at an early age, which culminated in a 200-hour certification at YogAsylum earlier this year. In addition to teaching others, she continues to hone her own skills through participating in various workshops and studying Nutrition Science with a specialization in Dietics at The University of Arizona.
