Fitness Classes in and near Mount Kisco, NY

I haven't been a member at Yogativiti for a few years. My first class getting back into it was just wonderful. Easy to understand the teacher who guided us through each movement. The teacher had a great play list of music and the class seemed to fly by. I highly recommend. I'm about to book my second class now.

First time trying reformer Pilates and I’m thoroughly enjoying it.

THIS IS THE BEST ONLINE YOGA EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. After trying what felt like every platform out there, I found this one on Groupon. I’ll admit I was skeptical at first (sometimes Groupon deals can be a little… sneaky), but I’m so glad I took the chance because I LOVE this program. I absolutely love yoga, and a few months ago I decided to start working toward my teaching certification. Because my schedule is packed with university and family obligations—and there aren’t many studios where I live—most of my learning has to happen online. I’m a practical, to-the-point person and don’t need anyone to hold my hand through a membership. This app gave me exactly what I needed. The classes are thoughtful, efficient, and easy to follow—perfect for someone who just wants to get in, learn, and practice.

Great atmosphere

Eliza was a great instructor for the intro to Pilates class. If you’re thinking about taking the class, do it!
