Typically, multiple sessions are required to see optimal inch loss. No downtime is required. This deal also includes 30 minutes of personal training from a certified trainer following the session.

The staffers at Taking My Body Back attack the issue of weight loss from two directions. They contour figures with technology such as laser fat-reduction treatments and with exercise via personal-training sessions led by certified trainers. To help speed up weight loss and flush fat-cell contents expelled into the body during laser treatments, they offer training sessions immediately following the laser treatments. They also maintain a stock of rentable medical equipment, including wheelchairs, hospital beds, and ramps.
