Fitness Classes in and near Murrieta, CA

This was my first visit to the studio. I appreciated the warm welcome from Brian and him keeping an eye on me during the practice. Looking forward to next class.

I am very happy with the price and the quality of the videos. I look forward to being able to do more yoga at home to save time. I feel like the videos will give a great yoga experience linking breath to movement. I am not sure about the integration of yoga philosophy yet.

We learned so much in just an hour! He was very patient with us & we enjoyed this class! Thank you Josh!!
