Frozen yogurt is priced at $0.38 per ounce and offers 20 premium flavors such as chocolate-coconut dream and raspberry-pomegranate sorbet. Yogurtz distinguishes itself from other similar dessert shops by its breadth of flavors and toppings, its sizable square footage, and its efficiency—customers divide into two lines to add toppings and to pay, ensuring that wait time is miniscule. Self-serve machines pour out 20 low-fat or fat-free flavors, all of which are certified kosher, and many of which are gluten-free. The frozen treats include non-fat white chocolate mousse, seasonal fresh pumpkin pie, and sweet Belgian chocolate with no added sugar. All flavors are certified to contain live and active probiotic cultures.

At the topping bar, more than 100 sweet and savory accouterments await to adorn yogurt, crowning cups in hot and cold syrups, candies, fresh fruits, and nuts. Waffle cones and waffle bowls are baked fresh daily, and can cup frozen desserts at no extra charge. After decorating their dishes, guests settle into a dining area with more than 200 seats, including an 84-seat patio and a separate party room.
