When Boston's fishermen cast their lines and nets in the morning, they hold the immediate future of many area restaurants in their hands. Local eateries such as Atlantic Fish Co. and The Daily Catch can’t set their daily menus until they’ve received a portion of the anglers’ pull. That culminates in some unpredictable offerings, but diners don’t seem to mind. The freshness of just-caught oysters and lobsters, paired with the fuzzy feelings one gets from eating local, far outweigh any inconvenience.
