The place is very nice and comfortable. Lisa was great explaining everything she was doing. My skin looked so great after she was done. Im going back for sure.
The girls were great at the desk as well.
The salt was different and interesting compared to submerging in salt water like the ocean. It was more for atmospheric purposes than holistic. I would recommend combining both types of wellness experiences (Ocean and cave either built natural or other (salt caves similar to this one))for holistic to give you an idea of how to absorb the experience. Other than that I highly recommend these centers
